Proof of Roast is the line for standout coffees that deserve special attention. It is where the lineup leans bolder, deeper, and more exploratory, while still staying balanced and drinkable.
The current release is a washed Sulawesi from Tibussan Village in Tana Luwu. It brings classic balance and a clean cup, with brown sugar and honey sweetness, a touch of citrus brightness, and a deeper cocoa-rich finish as the roast develops.
