Discovery Bag is our 4 oz format, created for people who want flexibility, variety, or an easier first step into the lineup. It offers the same coffees we roast in larger bags, just in a smaller size that makes it easier to sample, compare, or rotate through different options.

If you are not sure where to start, here is a quick guide:

• Savor: smooth, balanced, and chocolate-forward, with dark chocolate, toasted nut, and a creamy texture
• Lift: bright and expressive, with jasmine aromatics, tropical fruit, and citrus lift
• Unwind: clean, smooth decaf with cocoa, caramelized sugar, and a soft bittersweet finish
• Proof of Roast: our rotating limited release, deeper and more layered, with brown sugar, honey, citrus, and cocoa notes

Discovery Bag is a practical way to try a coffee before committing to a full bag, build your own tasting flight, or gift a smaller format to someone else. Fresh roasted in Santa Rosa in small batches, it is a simple, low-commitment way to get to know the lineup.
