Savor is the line for coffees built around comfort, familiarity, and everyday drinkability. It is meant to feel rounded, approachable, and easy to come back to, with sweetness and body leading the cup rather than sharp acidity.
The current offering is a pulp natural Brazil from Patrícia Carvalho at São José farm in Mantiqueira de Minas. In the cup, it leans toward dark chocolate, toasted nut, and a creamy texture, with low acidity and a bittersweet depth that also makes it a strong fit for espresso and milk drinks.
