French Kiss Coffee Lab currently ships within California only.
We do not ship ours of California.
Order processing & roasting schedule
Coffee is roasted in small batches, weekly or to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days depending on roast schedule and order volume.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after shipment
Total estimated timeframe: 4–10 business days from order to delivery
Delivery times may vary once a package is in the carrier’s possession.
French Kiss Coffee Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment in Santa Rosa, California.
Most orders are ready within 24–48 hours, depending on roast schedule.
Pickup instructions will be provided by email after your order is placed.
Local delivery

Incorrect or damaged orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at frenchkisscoffeelab@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Lost packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible, but cannot guarantee replacements for lost packages.
