We stand behind every bag.
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund — no return required.
Because coffee is perishable, refunds are limited to first-time purchases or quality issues.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at frenchkisscoffeelab@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost or delayed shipments
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible.

Gift cards
Refunds (when applicable)
If a refund is approved due to damage, error, or first bag guarantee, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
