Coffee is sourced through trusted importers like Sweet Maria’s, who work directly with small producers and support programs such as Proyecto Xinabajul, with a focus on traceability and transparency.

Working at a small scale also means producing less excess — roasting in smaller batches, holding minimal inventory, and avoiding long storage cycles typical of larger supply chains.

I’m French by birth and have lived between cultures for most of the past 20 years. That perspective shapes this work — craft, simplicity, and attention to process over scale.

The “Lab” is intentional. Each coffee is an iteration — roasted, tasted, and refined over time.

Coffee is roasted locally, packed fresh, and offered in limited quantities.

No inflated claims. Just coffee done carefully.
